My decision to move my recording studio into a home I recently rented was the best decision I could make. The reason? Simple math! Driving to the old location to work in the recording studio usually took 10 minutes or so, which means 10 minutes of driving back when I was done. That's 20 minutes a day. Multiply that by 5 or 6 and you get about an hour and a half to two hours a week of just driving. How much work could you get done if you had an extra two hours per week? That's how I look at it.
I upgraded some of my computer equipment too, which will make it easier and more efficient to multi-task and focus on some of my projects, like re-designing some of my lesson materials for students who will be starting with me at the Apollo Academy of Music (which, by the way, may also have a GIANT new location come February 2018).
A lot more updates will be pouring in, so be sure to check back in soon!
